Our attitude affects everything we do in life.  Even in grief our attitude can help lead us to a place of healing or lead us to the place of being a victim.   When we find ourselves in confusion, helplessness, stress, or fear we have the option to stop, take a deep, slow breath and make a choice then and there to choose a different thought process……one that takes us on the  road of life and not down the road to victimization.  Joining a gym, taking brisk walks, doing light exercise or yoga can help shift our attitude from bleak to bright.
